Themeforest is the largest marketplace for websites (and more…) in the world. You can buy a website here for 50 to 60 euros.
When you decide to develop a new website, Themeforest is your starting address. There are hundreds of templates for sale and there is always something for you. Besides WordPress there are also themes by Drupal and Joomla for sale, but this selection is limited.

Themeforest is part of Envatomarket, where you can buy more tools such as stock photos, video and audio fragments, plugins, landing pages. In short, everything a website needs you will find here. Envato is divided into:

- Videohive (video intros and much more)
- Audiojungle (royalty free music in every genre)
- Graphicriver (infographic, web elements, logos, icons, etc)
- Photodune (an enormous collection of stock photos)
- 3docean (everything on 3D)
For WordPress developers it is one big sweet shop. A lot of WordPress builders buy themes for their customers here. I look on Themeforest daily, because so many great themes are added every day. But also the beginner who wants to build a website with WordPress.org can find something here.

On the front page you always see the most recent themes. One the most popular pages of the website is the overview with the most bought themes. These are also the best themes available at that moment. Especially for beginners it is important to choose a good theme, and here the best ones are all compiled together.

You can for example add this audio to a video that you have made. Because it is royalty free.
Of course there are other marketplaces like Elegant Themes or TemplateMonster, but Themeforest is definitely our favourite.
